The Corfiot-Italian chef received training and worked with his father Etrusco Botrini, a chef himself, in numerous MED Clubs all over the world. He worked in the family business “Etrusco” and continued his training in various awarded with Michelin-Star restaurants, including also practical training next to his friend and 3 stars awarded chef Martin Berasategui.

Ο Ιταλοκερκυραίος Έκτορας Μποτρίνι μαθήτευσε και εργάστηκε δίπλα στο σεφ και πατέρα του Etrusco Botrini σε πολλά κλαμπ MED ανά την υφήλιο.
Τα δύο επόμενα χρόνια εργάστηκε στην οικογενειακή επιχείρηση Εστιατόριο «Etrusco» στην Κέρκυρα, βραβευμένο ανάμεσα στα καλύτερα εστιατόρια της Ελλάδος, ενώ από το 1999 ανέλαβε τα σκήπτρα του σεφ. Έκανε επίσης πρακτική άσκηση κοντά στον βραβευμένο με 3 αστέρια σεφ και φίλο του, Martin Berasategui

The Michelin awarded chef of Greek and Austrian origin has received three Gault Millau bonnets and was awarded "Austria's Most Creative Chef" of 2011. He has worked under the guidance of such culinary luminaries as Juan Mari Arzak and Gordon Ramsay and worked at Austrian restaurant "Steirereck" for many years - which was only recently ranked 11th best restaurant of the world. Konstantin Filippou is working on a new project right now.

Ο βραβευμένος με αστέρι Michelin σεφ Ελληνικής και Αυστριακής καταγωγής, έχει λάβει 3 σκούφους Gault Millau και έχει βραβευθεί ως «Ο πιο Δημιουργικός Σεφ της Αυστρίας» για το 2011. Έχει δουλέψει δίπλα σε σεφ όπως ο Juan Mari Arzak και ο Gordon Ramsay, καθώς και στο "Steirereck" για πολλά χρόνια, που πρόσφατα αναγνωρίστηκε ως το 11^ο καλύτερο διεθνώς. Ο Konstantin Filippou προετοιμάζει ένα καινούργιο project αυτόν τον καιρό.

The Greek chef has represented the Greek cuisine and Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Japan, Argentina and America. In 2000 he was invited by the committee of “Athens 2004” to represent Greek cooking at the Olympic Games in Sydney. Since February 2002 Varoulko has earned and maintained a Michelin Star.

Έχει εκπροσωπήσει την Ελληνική κουζίνα και το Εξαιρετικό Παρθένο Ελαιόλαδο στην Ιαπωνία, στην Αργεντινή και στην Αμερική. Το 2000 προσεκλήθη από το "Αθήνα 2004" και εκπροσώπησε την Ελληνική μαγειρική στους ολυμπιακούς αγώνες του Σύδνεϋ. Από το Φεβρουάριο του 2002 το Βαρούλκο έχει ένα αστέρι Michelin.

The Greek-German Chef began his career with a three-year apprenticeship in Wegberg and also worked with Hilton Hotels and Gordon Ramsay. Having moved to Palma de Mallorca, he worked for Chef Marc Fosh at Read's Hotel and Fosh Food in Palma.

Ο Ελληνο-Γερμανός σεφ ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του στο Wegberg, και εργάστηκε στα ξενοδοχεία Hilton αλλά και δίπλα στον Gordon Ramsay.
